The Beekeeping Museum in Radovljica presents the Carniolan honey bee and Slovenian beekeeping. From May to October, the museum has an observation hive with live bees as well as interactive stations for all generations.

Culture and History
The Šivec House Gallery combines architecture, painting and illustration in one exhibition space. Šivec House is a bourgeois house dating from the second half of the 16th century and an important cultural monument of Late Gothic architecture. The central bus station and the railway station are each approximately 500 metres from the Šivec House Gallery. Radovljica is well connected by public transport to Ljubljana, Kranj and Bled.
The Hostages Museum in Begunje is housed in former cells of the Gestapo prison and displays the prisoners’ inscriptions on the walls as well as proclamations issued by the occupying forces. The Circular Trail through Kropa’s Sights is a walking route through Kropa, a former centre of ironworking, passing the most important sights and offering views of the town. In the immediate vicinity of the church on the Petrova pot Begunje trail there are a viewpoint and a hang-gliding launch site.
The Chocolate Festival includes children’s workshops and performances, concerts, culinary shows, exhibitions and performances by street artists.
Cuisine
Every November, the participating inns of Okusi Radol’ce present special dishes and culinary events. The establishments of Okusi Radol’ce use locally produced ingredients to prepare dishes characteristic of the Radol’ca region.
Radolška čokolada offers guided chocolate tastings and workshops. The Lectarska delavnica organises workshops on making Lect hearts for larger and smaller groups.
