The historic center of Třeboc is situated around a spacious village green. The Opuková Chapel, dating from 1889, stands on the village square.
Culture and townscape
Another chapel in Třeboc is the Chapel of St. Vojtěch. It is a Neo-Romanesque chapel from the late 19th century with a rectangular nave and apse. A polygonal sanctus turret rises from the ridge of its gabled roof.
The local events calendar includes firefighters’ balls and parish-fair festivities; both are held in Třeboc.
Nature and landscape
The municipality’s landscape varies considerably: the western and southern parts are unforested and used for agriculture, while the eastern part is covered by a contiguous forested area. The Uhelná educational trail runs through the eastern part of Třeboc’s cadastral area.
The Pramen Třebockého potoka 1 spring lies on the northern slope of Džbán, directly next to the Kroučová–Třeboc road. The Džbán Nature Park lies in the wider region surrounding Třeboc, a hilly landscape on the border between Central and Northern Bohemia. It was designated in 1994 because of its exceptional and well-preserved landscape and natural character.
Surroundings
The ruins of Zřícenina Pravda, Džbán mountain, and Ke Hředlům hill are located in the immediate vicinity of Třeboc. The Church of U Svatého Gotharda, Loustín mountain, and Pozdeňský les mountain are also located around Třeboc. In the wider region are the ruins of Týřov and the Svatý Prokop monument.
