Mutějovice showcases its history directly in the appearance of the village: it is home to a Neoclassical rectory with a granary and drying shed. At the northwestern edge of Mutějovice stands House No. 37, the last example of older half-timbered architecture in the village.

The “Chmel Jsem Česal Já!” cycling route is 35 km long and ends at Mutějovice railway station.
