Gáldar: Archaeology, Highlands and Holiday Apartments

Along the route, “Quesos: entre cortijos ganaderos” highlights around 20 ethnographic elements associated with livestock farming and the production of artisanal cheeses. The Camino de Santiago de Gran Canaria connects the south of the island with the Templo Matriz de Santiago de los Caballeros in Gáldar.
