Ligüerre de Ara on the Ara: Holiday Apartment between Village Culture and Peaks

Ligüerre de Ara lies on the right bank of the Ara River in the valley named after the river. The village forms a harmonious village ensemble arranged radially around the Plaza de San Ramón. The river, valley, and square provide different points of reference for planning your own trip.

Culture

At the entrance to Casa Giral there is a carved rosette motif and geometric diamond reliefs. The entrance courtyard has a pebble surface arranged as three large double circles with different interior motifs.

The parish church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Ligüerre de Ara was built in the 17th century. It includes a defensive tower from the 16th century with Gothic windows and loopholes.
