The Andrej Kmeť educational trail is 4.9 km long and has an elevation difference of 44 m. As a short, self-guided circular hiking trail, it can be used in summer and winter. The Vyhne pump track consists of artificially created terrain waves and banked curves for practising riding over such obstacles. It is located near the Sitno Hotel and the football pitch; anyone who would like to ride there is welcome.

Natural thermal water is used in the multi-purpose pool at Vodný raj Vyhne. The water temperature at the source is between 36.5 and 37 °C. The complex also includes a year-round outdoor pool with hydromassage benches, so-called pearl baths, a counter-current system and a Jacuzzi. The water temperature there is 36 °C.

Vodný raj Vyhne also has tennis, volleyball and squash courts, as well as bowling and mini-golf. In addition to the pools, this provides a range of facilities for sporting and recreational activities.

Culture

Kamenné more is a nature reserve in Vyhne and is considered a Central European rarity. The Roman Catholic Baroque Church of St Michael in Vyhne, dating from 1776, adds a historic accent.

The spa chapel of Our Lady Queen is located directly above Vodný raj Vyhne and once served spa guests. Another way to explore the town's history is the circular route “Two Hours among the Mining Works”. At ten stations, it presents the history of mining and its effects.
