Culture and History
The basin of the Villechantria fountain is octagonal, while the Villechantria washhouse is rectangular. Both structures were listed as historic monuments by a decree of 8 January 1997.

Before 1788, the Moulin du Pont-Neuf was converted from a hemp and clover mill into a grain mill, and it was rebuilt by the Bailly family around 1847. The restored mill conveys an impression of a bygone era.
The choir of the Église St Clair dates from the 14th century; it contains a 16th-century wooden relief classified as a historic monument. The Église St Clair was built on the site of the former castle-like Saint-Maurice chapel.
Nature
Villechantria lies within the Petite Montagne Natura 2000 site.
Classification
Services at the Église St Clair now take place only on exceptional occasions: once a year on the occasion of the votive festival, as well as for weddings or funerals in the municipality.
The present-day Chemin de la voie romaine is currently regarded only as the remains of the route of the ancient road.
An astronomy exhibition is announced at the Moulin du Suran for 2026.
