Kerpert: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

The Église Saint-Pierre and its ossuary were classified as historic monuments by decree of February 16, 1921. The main construction phase of the Église Saint-Pierre in Kerpert dates back to the 16th century.

Culture and history

Neolithic relics in Kerpert include the Kéranquéré dolmen and the Roc’h Pen Darben sacrificial stone. The Chapelle du Sacré-Coeur in Kergrist Lan, Kerpert, was rebuilt in 1874.

The Koad Malouen Abbey was founded by Cistercians in 1142 in a heavily forested area. It features a permanent exhibition on the abbey and the Cistercian world. The secured areas can be visited daily as part of self-guided tours.

Hiking and landscape

Kerpert has the 6.87-kilometer-long Circuit trail des Sources hiking route. The Circuit trail de l’Abbaye includes an additional loop leading to Coat Mallouen Abbey.

The River Le Trieux rises near Kerscouedec, on the watershed between the English Channel and the Atlantic Ocean.
