Culture and History

The Church of Saint-Pierre and Sainte-Agnès dates back to 1844. It houses old statues of Saint Peter and Saint Eligius; beside the church on the right is a 17th-century cross.

The Sainte-Agnès Fountain is associated with invoking Saint Agnes during droughts. On 15 August 1949, the parish organised a procession to place a cross at the fountain’s foot and thereby bring about rain. The Tertre Isaac granite quarry has been documented since the late 19th century.

The Temple of Mars is a historical site in the immediate vicinity of La Landec. St. Julian Tower, Lesquen Tower and Beaufort Tower are historical sites in the vicinity of La Landec.
