Above the eastern part of Černouček village square, the late Baroque Church of svatého Bartoloměje stands on the site of a former cemetery. The present Church of svatého Bartoloměje was built in the Baroque style between 1769 and 1774.

In front of the gate of the Church of svatého Bartoloměje stands an 18th-century statue of Saint John of Nepomuk leading a small boy. The statue of Saint John of Nepomuk was fully restored in 1999 and reinstalled at its original location.

A commemorative plaque on the birthplace of Jiří Krása commemorates his execution by the National Socialists in 1943. Archaeological excavations took place in Černouček in 1997.

Together with the Chapel of Svatého Josefa Hospital in Roudnice nad Labem, the Church of svatého Bartoloměje is considered the last domed building in Podřipsko. The writer J. V. Pleva taught at the school in Černouček in 1929–1930.

Sacred space

The organ in the Church of svatého Bartoloměje is housed in a Neo-Romanesque case dating from 1877. The present organ of the Church of svatého Bartoloměje is the work of Karel Anton Eisenhut.
