Oslnovice: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Oslnovice lies on the western edge of the Vranovsko recreational area. The holiday settlements of Chmelnice, Farářka, Penkyřák and Stušice are located in the cadastral territory of the municipality of Oslnovice at the Vranov Reservoir.

The Schloßberg ruins and the Síbeňák, Špičák, Schwalbenfelsen and Modrácký kopec hills are located in the surroundings of Oslnovice. The Heimatkreuz shrine is also located nearby.

Culture

The most significant architectural monument in Oslnovice is the Art Nouveau Chapel of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. It was built by devout citizens of Oslnovice between 1993 and 1996. The altar, wooden ceiling and walls are decorated with Moravian ornaments created by master painter Jan Kohler.

Cycle Routes

The “Castles and Châteaux of the Czech-Austrian Borderland” cycle tour passes through Oslnovice and Vysočany in the direction of Dešov. Cycle Route No. 5007 also passes through Oslnovice between Vysočany and Korolupy.
