Suchohrdly U Miroslavi: Holiday Apartments and Houses

A historical connection to T. G. Masaryk is one of the tangible traces in Suchohrdly u Miroslavi: His parents lived on an estate in Suchohrdly u Miroslavi, and his father worked as a blacksmith on the local estate.

Culture and History

The local church was renovated from 1806 to 1808, probably after being damaged during the Napoleonic Wars. A statue of Saint Margaret stands next to the church. The statue is a Baroque work by Josef Leonard Weber dating from 1738.

The railway was built in 1870 and provided local residents with additional employment opportunities.
