The Hallstatt-period barrow located near Morašice covered a richly furnished grave with a wooden burial chamber approximately 1 metre high, stone enclosing walls up to 1 metre wide, and a burial mound originally 4 to 6 metres high and 26 metres in diameter.
Culture and Remembrance
In Morašice, there is a memorial erected and blessed in 2014 for the victims of both world wars. In addition, a stone mensa in Morašice bears the coat of arms of the Order of the Knights of the Cross with the Red Star, as well as the years 1617 and 1902 and a reference to a restoration.
Festivals Throughout the Year
The Morašický Betlém has been set up every year since 2004 in the village square in front of the cultural centre of Morašice. Since 2006, on Christmas Eve, 50 to 60 residents have spontaneously and voluntarily gathered each year around the Betlém in the village square of Morašice to wish one another happiness and sing well-known Christmas carols together.
The feast of the dedication of the church in Morašice, the Posvícení, takes place on the second Sunday in October. Morašice's regular cultural calendar lists the Svatoannenská pouť in July.
Paths, Structures and Landscape
A paved footpath leads from the access road to the Chapel of Matky ustavičné pomoci. Tempelštejn, which is considered a ruin, is located in the vicinity of Morašice. Leskoun and Příčník, both of which are considered mountains, are also located in the vicinity, as is Písečný vrch [Hostěradice na Moravě], which is considered a hill.

Pilgrimage and Paths
The Poutní bratrstvo od svaté Anny z Morašic connects Morašice with a pilgrimage to Hluboké Mašůvky, 18 km away. Anyone who completes the hike there with the brotherhood can become a member.
