The Vojšické Orchid Meadows are among the most important attractions of Malá Vrbka. At the same time, the entire cadastral area lies within the Bílé Karpaty Protected Landscape Area.

Nature and Trails

The red-marked hiking trail Cesta M. Kudeříkové leads towards Mount Kobyla and in the opposite direction to Šumárník. Kobyla is located in the vicinity of Malá Vrbka and is considered a mountain. Vyzkum and Strana are also located in the vicinity; they too are considered mountains. Veselka is located near Malá Vrbka and is considered a mountain.

Culture and Events

Horňácké kosení is a traditional cultural event held at the Horňácké kosení event grounds in Malá Vrbka. The event includes a convivial evening and a pig slaughter festival. For the period from 2019 to 2024, Horňácké kosení was listed as an annual competition of regional significance with more than 600 participants.

In the Běh o Malanskú trnku race, the 6.4-kilometre course ran from Malá Vrbka to Hrubá Vrbka and back.

Master weavers live in Malá Vrbka who have mastered the traditional Horňácko weaving technique činovať. Miroslav Urban and Hana Buchtelová received the state title “Bearer of the Tradition of Folk Crafts” for their craftsmanship in archaic textile weaving.

The castles Branč [Podbranč], Kaštieľ Sobotište, Holíčsky zámok and Dobrá Voda are located in the wider regional surroundings of Malá Vrbka.
