Hutě: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
One of the most distinctive features near Hutě is the Hutě u Bechyně geological site. The quartz vein is no more than 2.2 m thick, while the quartz crystals in the vein can reach up to 20 cm in length. The site is located approximately 0.5 km northeast of Hutě. An abandoned open-pit quarry is located there on the 419 m-high Kameník.
Nature
The Černýšovické jalovce area is also located in the immediate vicinity of Hutě. It is a significant site with more than 300 specimens of common juniper.
Activities
U Mamuta is a granite climbing area on the Lužnice route from Bechyně towards Hutě. It is located on the left bank of the Lužnice between the Větrovy area and the municipality of Hutě. The climbing area includes walls and overhangs; from Hutě, the climbing area can be reached on foot upstream in approximately 500 m.
Guests at Chalupa Hutě can rent a boat directly on the property.
Cycling
The cycling trip “Heroes of a Bygone Era – from Bechyně in Search of Famous Personalities” is divided into two independent circular routes and leads from Bechyně via cycle route 1136 through Hutě and Černýšovice. The complete 45/35 km cycling route leads through Černýšovice and Hutě before returning to Bechyně across a bridge over the Lužnice. A shorter version runs via Černýšovice and Hutě to Bechyně; most sections of the 45/35 km cycling route are on lightly trafficked roads.
Another 30 km cycling route leads through Bechyně, Hutě and Černýšovice. The “To Černice for Nature and Golf” route passes through Hutě.
Hiking
On a red-marked hiking trail along the Lužnice, leave the riverbank as soon as the settlement of Hutě can be seen on the opposite bank.
