Dobromilice: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

In Dobromilice, the permanent educational trail of sacred monuments takes the form of a circular route with five information panels around the Church of All Saints. One of its stops features an unearthed gravestone from the crypt of Countess Maria Anna Clam. The fifth and final stop is located at the burial chapel of the Bukůwků family.

Sacred Monuments

The Baroque Church of All Saints has origins dating back to around 1350. It contains crypts associated with the noble families Páni ze Stomů, Žálkovští and Kořenští, who were based in Dobromilice.

The burial chapel of the Bukůwků family next to the parish church was built in 1875 by Zikmund Jaromír Bukůwka, Count of Bukůwky. It is notable for a special burial method: the coffins lie on the floor of the crypt chambers and are preserved by air.

Museum and Local History

The Regional Museum in Dobromilice has a permanent exhibition on rural life around one hundred years ago. It covers crafts, agriculture and beekeeping. Visits are possible by telephone appointment or by email.

Buildings and Monuments

The stone arch bridge over the Broděnka probably dates from the 16th century and has been listed as a cultural monument since 1958. There are also two objects listed as monuments in the vicinity of Dobromilice: Socha sv. Jana Nepomuckého and Pomník obětem 1. světové války.

Předina, which is listed as a mountain, is located in the immediate vicinity of Dobromilice. Chlum, which is also listed as a mountain, is located nearby as well.
