Čeladná: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

Čeladná has many different facets: trails with significant changes in elevation, chapels and other buildings, as well as activities in the forest and surrounding nature.

Nature and trails

Portášskými chodníčky is a challenging 22.5 km route from Čeladná to Rožnov with significant changes in elevation. Also featuring significant changes in elevation is the moderately difficult, 16 km route Po stopách Černých myslivců from Čeladná to Martinák.

A gentle 4.5 km route in Čeladná is called Za unikátní architekturou. The grounds of the RC Čeladná are located in a mature forest park at the foot of the Ondřejník massif.

Culture

The Church of Saint John of Nepomuk in Čeladná was opened in 1789. At the entrance to the cemetery grounds by the Church of Saint John of Nepomuk stands a cast-iron cross dating from 1834.

The log chapel of Saints Cyril and Methodius stands at the upper end of the municipality of Čeladná on the road to Podolánky. The Chapel of Saints Cyril and Methodius was built in 1936.

The chapel of the Čeladná Golf Club stands on the PGA Course near the tee of hole 18. The wooden Chapel of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Čeladná was consecrated in 1904. The BRC grounds, including the Chapel of the Blessed Virgin Mary, are freely accessible.

The original Lázně Skalka spa was founded in 1902 by MUDr. Jan May.

Activities

Lanový park Čeladná is a high-ropes course in the trees in the forest directly next to Boboffka. It offers four courses with different levels of difficulty. Boboffka takes passengers up to 620 m above sea level and features an 824 m-long descent.

Next to the Čeladná Rehabilitation Centre is the Prosper Horse Ranch equestrian facility, which offers Western riding lessons. Prosper Horse Ranch also offers horseback rides through the surrounding nature.
