Vitezna: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

The Church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary at the pilgrimage site was built in 1893 on the slope above the spring from yellowish sandstone. More than half of the cadastral area of Vítězná is forested.

Culture and history

In Huntířov stands the Neo-Gothic Church of Saint John of Nepomuk, dating from 1898 to 1907 and used for cultural purposes. The parish Church of Saint Wenceslas in Kocléřov has a two-storey tower with a square ground plan and stands on the site of an original Gothic church from 1359, which was destroyed during the Thirty Years' War.

The Marian pilgrimage site in Vítězná once attracted processions and is located in pine forests away from the main routes.

Landscape

Slučí kameny is a protected rock formation in Vítězná. It consists of layers of sandstone of varying resistance with numerous fissures.

Things to do

The Lesem Království educational trail is 4 kilometres long, has seven stations and is marked with blue and yellow hiking trail signs. Sportcentrum Kocléřov rents out a sports hall.

Cycle Route 5, which runs through Kocléřov, leads from there via Cycle Route 4087 back to Pilníkov.
