Dolni Dvur: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

Dolní Dvůr lies in the valley of the Malá Labe and its tributaries and extends as far as Liščí hora in the summit areas of the national park. Between the valley and the summit areas, the locality offers winter sports, hiking trails and viewpoints.

Winter in the ski area

The Luisino údolí ski area has two drag lifts measuring 500 and 300 metres respectively. The ski slopes there are of easy or intermediate difficulty. Artificial snowmaking is used to ensure skiing conditions throughout the winter sports season.

The Ski Family Dolní Dvůr ski area is geared primarily towards family-friendly leisure activities and has an equipment rental service. Dolní Dvůr also has cross-country skiing trails connected to the main cross-country skiing trails of the Krkonoše Mountains.

Hiking trails and viewpoints

In summer, numerous hiking trails are available in Dolní Dvůr. A yellow-marked hiking trail leads from the church in Dolní Dvůr past the chapel of Saint Michael the Archangel.

Skřítkova hra leads to six viewpoints distributed throughout the surrounding area. The viewpoints of Skřítkova hra are equipped with boards featuring questions about animals and plants of the Krkonoše Mountains.

Nature and climbing area

There is a climbing area in the former quarry of Dolní Dvůr.

Culture in the locality

The carillon at the Church of Saint Joseph plays four melodies that change according to the season. At Christmas, Christmas carols are played.

Getting there

From Vrchlabí, the route follows Road No. 14; in Lánov, the road to Dolní Dvůr branches off.
