The history of the Church of St Wenceslas also goes back a long way: the original church in Čermná was built in 1384. The present Church of St Wenceslas was completed in 1915 after the former church had been demolished in 1913. The local church was also the source of a Gothic Madonna and Child discovered by chance, dating from the late 14th or early 15th century.

Numerous traditional log houses have been preserved in Čermná. Two groups south of the stream are considered particularly noteworthy.

Cycle Route

The Komenského cesta path connects to cycle route 4300 and leads through Čermná to Vlčice. Thus, within the village area, a route running through Čermná, the section at kilometre 6.00, various road surfaces and the route’s moderate-to-difficult classification all come together.
