History and culture

The settlement was formerly called Lhota Mravinná; according to some sources, it was first mentioned in writing in 1383. No regular services are held in the cemetery chapel of Dlouhá Lhota.

The Dlouhá Lhota railway stop was put into operation on 27 November 1905 together with the Mladá Boleslav–Sobotka railway section and has a preserved original single-storey station building in the standard local railway style.
