Coast, Paths and Prehistoric Traces

The route to Peña Tú is considerably shorter than the stage to Poo, while also being uneven. This makes it possible to distinguish between a short route to an archaeological site and a longer pilgrimage stage.

Caves and Historic Houses

The Cueva de Cordoveganes in Vidiago has been classified as a Bien de Interés Cultural. It features archaic painted depictions in red and black, dated to the Gravettian or the older Solutrean.

The Palacio de La Cortina in Vidiago is a rectangular palace dating from the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Its portal has a basket-handle arch; on the upper floor, a coat of arms is located between two iron balconies.

The Palacio de Ignacio Villar in Vidiago is a detached, rectangular family palace with an attached chapel. It has a large, tree-filled garden with a small cast-iron fountain. The end wall of the palace preserves a Neoclassical altarpiece.
