Water

At the end of Dunajská Street in Hamuliakovo, the beach lies below the dam. There is a large free car park there. The riverbank is characterised by a strong current and a nearby shipping channel. The beach is therefore suitable for experienced riders. In the Hamuliakovo area, a seven-kilometre section of the Gabčíkovo hydroelectric power plant reservoir is also used for kitesurfing. Between Kopáč Island and Hamuliakovo lies a section of the infiltration canal where 40 waterbird species were recorded in a survey conducted from 2004 to 2009. The canal section mentioned above thus forms a distinct natural attraction between the island and the village. Cycle Route

The International Danube Cycle Route passes through Hamuliakovo, running around the Gabčíkovo hydroelectric power plant. The Kostol sv. Kríža in Hamuliakovo dates from the 13th century. The interior contains wall paintings from the late 13th century, and the tower leans approximately 70 centimetres to the north. The three features relate to the building's age, decoration and tower alike.
