The Church of St. Peter and Paul in Büdesheim is first mentioned in the Prümer Urbar in 893. It preserves a choir dating from around 1500 and older building elements that were reused during the 1909 reconstruction.

St. Peter and Paul is a neo-Gothic, asymmetrical, two-aisled hall church built in 1909, incorporating older medieval sections and a new sacristy presumably built in 1687.

A hikers’ car park is located on the B410 at the edge of the village in the direction of Hillesheim. The B410 separates the northern and southern parts of the village. It is described as a road that improves access to regional centres and eases traffic within the village.
