Miserey-Salines: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
Miserey-Salines combines the history of the saltworks with religious buildings and a fortification site. The Saline de Miserey was built in 1872–1873 and began operating at the end of 1873 or the beginning of 1874. It was closed around 1964–1965; in 1967, a fire destroyed the production workshop.

The Château de Miserey is part of the architectural heritage. It is privately owned and has been listed as a historic monument (Monument historique) since 1994. The Chapelle Saint-Ferréol et Saint-Ferjeux was built in the 19th century to designs by Pierre Marnotte in the Neo-Gothic style and has been classified as a historic monument (Monument historique) since 2012.
The Église Saint-Ferréol et Saint-Ferjeux was built around 1720. It has a bell-tower porch (clocher-porche) typical of the 18th century and houses painted wooden statues from the 16th century.
Fortifications
La Poudrière is a fortification site on the edge of the forest. The Batterie du Calvaire is part of this site.

By road, Miserey-Salines can be reached via the RN 57 national road and the A 36 motorway. Public transport is provided by the Ginko bus service, and the town is located not far from two SNCF railway stations.
