Culture
The choir of the Saint-Germain Church dates back to the 15th century. The Château de Corbeilles includes an orangery. It was built between 1717 and 1725 for Nicolas François Guérin.
On the forecourt of the Saint-Germain Church, the sculpture “La spirale du temps” commemorates the transition to the year 2000. It consists of 20 columns symbolizing the past 20 centuries. Seven of these columns bear bas-reliefs made from an alloy of brass, tin, and copper. The reliefs depict significant events in the community since its establishment in the 5th century.

The market in the town center takes place under the Saint-Germain market hall. In the area around Corbeilles-en-Gâtinais, six producers continue to grow saffron.
