Near the centre of Rouvres-les-Bois lies the municipal pond, a shaded body of water covering 2 hectares. Fishing with a rod is possible there, and there is also a fishing platform accessible to people with reduced mobility. Culture and townscape

The Church of Saint-Jérôme houses the painting “Saint John the Baptist”, which is listed as a protected object. A wooden Calvary stands in front of the town hall; behind the church there is a fountain with a zinc roof.

The Château de Valençay, the Abbaye de Barzelle and the Abbaye Notre-Dame du Landais are located in the vicinity of Rouvres-les-Bois. The Musée de l'Hospice Saint-Roch is also located in the wider surrounding region.
