Culture and history
The Église Saint-Cyr in Vesdun is a church made of pink sandstone, with a simple layout and no transept. Its frescoes depict scenes from the childhood of Christ and date from around 1200; since 14 January 1994, it has been listed as a historic monument.
Along the Rue du Centre de la France in Vesdun stands a monument made of Briare enamel.
Landscape and trails
Le Paradis is a route that begins at the hamlet of Puyravaud in Vesdun. It leads through houses, forests and woodland, as well as along paths beside walls and streams through Vesdun’s open, hilly landscape.
The Loubière rises in the municipality of Vesdun, winds for around 20 kilometres through the bocage landscape of Berry and then reaches Saint-Amand-Montrond.
