Bédée: Holiday apartments and houses
Bédée is a gateway to the Brocéliande destination and has held the “Village Étape” label since 2009. The town combines medieval traces, paths through the bocage landscape and nature-oriented destinations around the Étang de Blavon.

The Église Saint-Pierre is a 19th-century neo-Gothic church that preserves architectural elements of the former Gothic church. Its south portal contains a remarkable statue of Saint James, inspired by the statue in Santiago de Compostela.
The Motte Joubin is a well-preserved medieval feudal motte, whose ditches are still visible. At the site, the medieval garden recreates monastery, château and peasant gardens. Vegetables, fruits and plants that were used for food and as remedies are on display. The Chapelle Saint-Urbain was built between 1883 and 1884; the adjoining oratory bears the date 1864.
Nature
The Étang de Blavon has a 1,005-metre circular path with markers every 100 metres for joggers and walkers. Outdoor exercise equipment is located along the route. Since 2020, the Étang de Blavon has been designated an “Espace Naturel Sensible”.
The Balade à Roulettes® – La balade du Blavon No. 7 runs alongside small ponds, a stream, a washhouse and a pond, and offers opportunities to observe biodiversity.
