La Chapelle-De-Brain: Holiday Apartments and Houses
The Marais de Gannedel covers 500 hectares. It is classified as a natural area of ecological, faunal and floristic interest (ZNIEFF) and is part of the Natura 2000 network. By car, the Marais de Gannedel can be reached via the RD 56 towards La Chapelle-de-Brain.
Exploring the Countryside
La Chapelle-de-Brain has signposted routes for hiking and mountain biking. The Circuit des Rivières et des Marais starts in La Chapelle-de-Brain, is 14 kilometres long and can be used on foot, by mountain bike and on horseback. The La butte du Rossignol mountain-bike circuit also starts in La Chapelle-de-Brain and combines marshland with wooded ridges.

History and Culture
The Four de la Ribonnais was completely restored in 2020, while the Maison néolithique hosts activities for all audiences every year. The historic quay at Pont-Chéan was used by boats that transported ore from Renac and Brain to Redon and then on to England and the Netherlands. The parish church of Saint Melaine features Romanesque elements.
