The coast of Plouzané reveals a succession of distinctive landmarks along the GR 34: the coastal path runs from Plage de Sainte-Anne du Portzic via the harbour and Fort du Dellec to Plage du Minou. On a rocky headland opposite the Crozon Peninsula stands the Phare du Petit Minou lighthouse, built in 1848 on Pointe du Minou. The GR 34 also leads to Plage du Petit Minou, which is considered a surfing spot.

Coast

Fort du Minou is part of the fortified coastal landscape. It was built between 1694 and 1697 as part of the fortifications used to control the Goulet de Brest. Fort du Dellec is open to the public as a promenade and park; the municipality of Plouzané has opened it to the public since 1995.

Nature

There are five marked circular trails in Plouzané, covering a total of around 30 kilometres. The circular trail Les étangs de Bodonou is 6.2 kilometres long and takes around two hours. It runs alongside lakes formed from a former quarry. The circular trail La Pointe du Diable is 4.8 kilometres long and takes around one hour and 40 minutes, while Entre Minou et Mengant is 5.7 kilometres long and takes around two hours.

The present-day cycle route La littorale also follows a historic route: it traces the course of the former road between La Trinité and Croix Saliou.

Culture

The Chapelle de Bodonoù was probably built at the beginning of the 16th century. Another tradition also dates back a long way: the Pardon de Bodonoù has been celebrated for 500 years on the Sunday after 8 September. A mass is still held there outdoors today.

The weekly market in Plouzané is part of everyday local life. Every Wednesday morning from 8:30 a.m., around twelve local vendors gather at Place du Commerce, including fishmongers, fruit and vegetable sellers, a crêpier, cheesemongers, butchers and caterers. Organic products are also available.
