Culture and History
The parish church of Saint-Pierre was rebuilt in 1889 according to plans by the architect Ernest Le Guerrannic. Two ossuaries from the 17th and 18th centuries complete the ensemble of Saint-Pierre Church.

Local Traditions
The Fête des Goémoniers was founded in 1976 by Fanch Buors and Alain Troadec. For 14 July 2022, it was scheduled to take place in the dunes of Beg Ar Groas in Plounéour-Trez as a biennial event to revive the traditional harvesting of seaweed. The Fête des Goémoniers was to include a meal with rougail-saucisses under a marquee.
