Saint-Glen: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

A particularly tangible testimony in Saint-Glen is the Moulin de Gouessant grain mill. It dates from before 1789, has preserved its inlet channel, tailrace and a vertical water wheel with paddles, was built from granite rubble and has a slate roof.

Culture and history

The restored Moulin du Haut in Saint-Glen retains a round-arched main portal on its southern front façade. The drained mill race and the tailrace are still present.

The Moulin des Clos in Saint-Glen is a restored former industrial facility.

The Church of Saint-Étienne in Saint-Glen is an 18th-century building in the shape of a Latin cross. Its bell tower bears the year 1729. The site of the Fontaine Saint-Cassé in Saint-Glen has also been restored.

The Abbaye de Boquen, a monastery, is located in the area surrounding Saint-Glen. The Abbaye de Saint-Aubin-des-Bois, a historic site, and Hunaudaye Castle, also a historic site, are located in the wider regional surroundings of Saint-Glen. The closed Artothèque de Saint-Brieuc museum is also located there.
