Perret: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Perret can be explored from two perspectives: through its architectural and industrial history, as well as via a route through different landscapes.

Culture and History

The Church of Saint-Nicodème dates back to the 18th century. Its bell tower was built between 1885 and 1889; the church also houses a statue of Saint Nicodemus.

The Chapel of Gwirmané dates back to the 16th century. Inside, there are statues of Notre Dame de Gwirmané, Saint Etienne, Saint Maudez, and Saint Patern. The Pardon de Gwirmané takes place every year on 15 August.

Les Forges des Salles represent a distinct historical dimension. They are an ironworking village whose industrial history particularly shaped the 19th century. At the same time, they are among the oldest and best-preserved charcoal-fired forges in Brittany and feature a new permanent exhibition.

Nature and Trails

The “Autour De Pen Reth” hiking route begins in the centre of Perret. It leads through wooded paths, wetlands, and clearings where Brittany’s biodiversity can be discovered. The route is suitable for families, has only gentle inclines, is easily accessible, and is clearly signposted.
