Hénanbihen’s attractions of interest to tourists include several hiking trails and areas of high natural value. The Anneau cycliste du Terrain des Sports is a 650-metre-long outdoor cycling track.
The dedicated river fishing course on the Frémur is located at the Pont de Montbran in Hénanbihen. It is intended for fly-fishing with an artificial fly line and for fishing with artificial lures.

Culture and History
The Château de la Villehelleuc in Hénanbihen has been documented since the 14th century; it was destroyed during the Revolution and rebuilt in 1830 under the Restoration. The château has a rectangular floor plan with five bays. The central bay projects slightly and is topped by a triangular pediment.
The covered gallery La Roche-Couverte, also known as Allée couverte de Lorgeril, is located in Hénanbihen. It is 17 metres long and 1.75 metres wide, and is aligned northeast–southwest.
The west wing of the Manoir de la Guérande dates from the 16th century. The Manoir de la Guérande is considered the ancestral seat of the family of François-René de Chateaubriand.
