The Circuit des Picotous begins at the school car park and leads through the Mégrit valley. Its route is characterised by ascents and descents and runs through wooded surroundings. Along the way, the circular trail passes the deep blue-granite quarry “Carrière du Maroc”, with its marked oak tree.

In the vicinity of Mégrit are Hunaudaye Castle, a historic site, and Le temple de Mars, also a historic site. In the wider region surrounding Mégrit are Abbaye de Saint-Aubin-des-Bois and Dinan Castle, both historic sites.
