Tři Studně: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

Tři Studně is located in the Žďárské vrchy landscape area. The village offers opportunities for summer and winter tourism and combines a diverse range of leisure activities with natural and cultural attractions.

Nature

Swimming is possible in Sykovec Pond. The pond has a grass beach and a very gently sloping sandy entry into the water. During the bathing water inspections in June and July 2026, Sykovec Pond was recorded as drained on both occasions.

From the outskirts of Tři Studně, a well-marked forest path about 400 metres long leads to the spring area of Barborka and Vitulka. There are wooden seats there that form a natural amphitheatre, as well as a covered shelter nearby.

Activities

Tři Studně offers hiking, cycling, mushroom picking and climbing as leisure activities. The 10 km hiking trip “Around Sykovec and Medlov” starts at the car park in Tři Studně; at this starting point stands the statue of Hejkal Pepína by Michal Olšiak.

The 28 km road circuit “Na Tři Studně” leads through the surroundings of the well-known sports complex and recreational area of Tři Studně.

Culture

The Barborka and Vitulka springs near Tři Studně inspired Bohuslav Martinů to compose his cantata “Otvírání studánek”.
