Culture and History

The protected architectural heritage also includes the rectory at No. 24 in Rynárec, which is likewise a state-protected immovable cultural monument. Next to the church stands a war memorial to those who fell in the First World War, supplemented by a list of those who fell in the Second World War.

Another historic building element is the preserved timber-framed part of the older house No. 34, with walls made of unhewn beams.

Landscape

The Bělá watercourse flows through the centre of Rynárec from south to north. Most of the area consists of agricultural land with flat to moderately sloping sections and plateaus.

Putimovský vrch is a mountain in the vicinity of Rynárec. The mountains Orlov, Troják and Bělský Kopec are also located in the surrounding area.

The 34.5-kilometre-long cycling route “Okolo lomu k evropskému rozvodí” passes through Rynárec. It is considered easy and is suitable for mountain bikes along its route. The JK Cavalier Rynárec riding club is a sports and recreational riding stable where privately owned and rented horses are accommodated.
