Paths through Bartoušov
Cycle Route No. 19 runs through Bartoušov along the Sázava–Přibyslav–Bartoušov–Havlíčkův Brod–Lipnice n/Sázavou route. The Posázavská Cycle Route follows third-class roads, asphalt, cycle paths, and forest and field tracks. A 6-kilometre cycle route connects Bartoušov with Havlíčkův Brod; it runs on asphalt and is suitable for bicycles and bicycle trailers.
Hiking routes and landscape
The 25-kilometre circular hiking trail “To the Vysoká lookout hill” leads from Mírovka via Bartoušov and Pohled back to Havlíčkův Brod. Bartoušov is the sixth stop on the 23.1-kilometre route “Karel Havlíček Borovský’s Path to the Pilgrimage Church of St Anne”.

Historical traces
