The Poleradské slavnosti are annual celebrations that were resumed in the 1990s and are now held on the first Saturday in July. The Poleradské slavnosti took place from 4 July 2026 at 9:00 a.m. until 5 July 2026 at 2:00 a.m. at the municipal sports field in Polerady.
The former Chapel of Saint Anne in Polerady was completed in 1935 and demolished in the 1950s. The history of the former Počerady–Havraň–Vrskmaň local railway also goes back a long way: the approximately 18-kilometre line began operation on 1 March 1887. Polerady u Mostu was a stopping point on this former local railway at kilometre 4.0.
Local sights
The information trail about the restored Studánka spring and the viaduct in Polerady begins at a sign in front of the entrance gate near the former sand pit. Because of its water properties, the restored Studánka spring was formerly used by local households to wash large quantities of laundry.
There has been a historic bell tower on the hill Glockenberg, now called Na Zvonu, in Polerady since 1701.
Leisure and activities
Polerady's sports facilities include an outdoor swimming pool. The Mostecký okruh cycle route runs through Polerady between Volevčice and Nemilkov. According to the route description, the Mostecký okruh is a 35-kilometre cycle route with little elevation gain that is suitable for cross-country, trekking and mountain bikes.
