Historical architecture in Most can be seen in the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary: construction began in 1517; the church is a Gothic building that was moved on rails.

The permanent exhibition „Art Treasures from the Most Region“ at the Regional Museum and Gallery in Most presents the artistic furnishings of churches in Most and the Most region from the 14th to the 16th century. At the same location, the permanent exhibition „Geology of Northwestern Bohemia“ presents minerals and fossils from the Most region and its wider surroundings. The permanent exhibition „From the Lives of the Inhabitants of the Ore Mountains“ at the Regional Museum and Gallery in Most explores the former lives of ordinary people in the Ore Mountains.
Landscape
The Hněvín Castle is home to the dr. Antonín Bečvář Observatory. From the tower of Hněvín Castle, there are views across the Most region, the Ore Mountains and the Central Bohemian Uplands. Hněvín Castle can be reached by car or on foot. The area around Most also includes Bořeň Mountain [Bílina-Újezd], Číčov Mountain, Dlouhá Mountain and Medvědí Skála Mountain.
Events
The Most Autodrom circuit offers track days. Horse races take place at the Most Hippodrome from April to October; there are also show-jumping competitions and various events for children.

Osek Monastery is located near Most. In the wider regional surroundings of Most are the Sukoslav ruins, Purschenstein Castle and the Hradek Oltářík ruins.
