Culture and History

The present-day Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary in Libochovany was built in 1895 in the Neo-Gothic style and consecrated in June of the same year.

Kaple na Hrádku was built in 1759 as a wooden chapel on masonry foundations at the site of an earlier fortress by Ondřej Waldman. Pilgrimages take place at Kaple na Hrádku every year in May.

Libochovany Chateau is privately owned and is being gradually reconstructed.
