Okrouhlá: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

Okrouhlá is located in the Drahanská vrchovina highlands and is characterised by a distinctly wooded, hilly landscape: 45 % of the cadastral area is forested. From Kudlinka (638 m), which lies directly above Okrouhlá, there is a beautiful view of the Českomoravská vrchovina highlands.

Landscape and nature

The hilly terrain around Okrouhlá is ideal for hiking. Part of the cadastral area belongs to the Řehořkovo Kořenecko quiet area. In addition, all plots of land in Okrouhlá lie in the second protection zone of the Bělá drinking-water reservoir.

Culture

The stone cross next to the bell tower on the village square is the only cultural monument in Okrouhlá.

Events and activities

Okrouhlá has a mountain biking race course. The traditional Pálení čarodějnic event will take place on 30 April 2026 from 4 p.m. at Výletiště u Pazderny in Okrouhlá. A bonfire will be lit at 6 p.m.; admission is free. Live music by the band Space and a wide range of refreshments round off the programme.

The traditional Myslivecké odpoledne event will take place on 22 August 2026 from 2 p.m. at Výletiště U Pazderny in Okrouhlá. A comprehensive programme about nature and hunting is offered, with game goulash and smoked products served.
