The Kuče nature monument is located in the area of Malínky. It protects thermophilous plant communities of the Pontic-Pannonian type and wild animals, particularly amphibians. Kuče is also significant from an ornithological perspective as a breeding site for small songbirds such as the nightingale.

The built-up part of Malínky lies in a valley through whose lower section the Litava River flows from the east.

Culture and History

The Chapel of the Holy Trinity stands on a hill above Malínky, dates from the mid-19th century, and is registered in Malínky as an immovable cultural monument.

A small brick bell tower stands in the village square of Malínky. The stone cross also stands in the village square; it is listed in the state register of cultural monuments.

The remains of a water supply system leading to a mill wheel can also be seen in Malínky. Malínky was first mentioned in writing in 1408.

Location and Transport

A road from Uherské Hradiště to Brno runs through Malínky.
