Milešovice combines living traditions with traces of local history and several mountains in its surroundings. The Anenské hody, held in July, have a special significance; this is a major tradition that is still maintained in Milešovice. The festival begins with bringing in, decorating and erecting the maypole.

Older evidence is also part of the character of the village. Stones from the former fortress on “Homoli” in Milešovice can still be found. There is also a small chapel of the Virgin Mary in the southern part of Milešovice. The Chapel of Saint Anne was built in Milešovice between 1866 and 1869.
