The Šévy Nature Reserve and the Hrubá louka Natural Monument are located in the area of Mouřínov. The Mouřínov – Druhý rybník European Site of Community Importance is also located there. Hrubá louka protects thermophilous Pontic-Pannonian plant communities and wild animals, especially amphibians.

Mouřínovský rybník is used as a natural outdoor swimming pool. Dolní a Horní Mouřínovský rybník can be reached by mountain bike.

The bust of T. G. Masaryk, which is protected as a cultural monument, is located in the area of Mouřínov. Amateur theatre in Mouřínov dates back to the 19th century.
