Culture and History

The chapel in Běleč dates from 1922 and is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. At its entrance stands a marble cross erected in 1884 by the married couple Hájek. A granite monument on the village square in front of the chapel commemorates the inhabitants of Běleč who fell in the First World War; the municipality donated it in 1938.

In Křeptov, the chapel stands in the middle of the village on a high hilltop. It is dedicated to Saints Cyril and Methodius. Near the turn-off to Křeptov stands a cast-iron cross dating from 1901.
