Malsice: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
Malšice combines a historic settlement structure with ecclesiastical history and destinations in the surrounding area, both nearby and farther afield.
Culture and History
The Church of the Most Holy Trinity in Malšice was founded in 1373 on the site of an older church. It originated as a Gothic foundation from the end of the 14th century, was burned down at the beginning of the 15th century, remodelled in the Baroque style in 1734, and restored in 1899. Inside, it features rare interior paintings in the Beuron style.
The historic settlement structure of Malšice consisted of four rows of farmsteads surrounding a large village green. The František Peterka Gallery opened on 5 October 2012 under the name Malšice Gallery and houses a small permanent exhibition featuring works by František Peterka.
