It bears the year 1801 and is a three-sided granite obelisk near the road between Strmilov and Studená, situated along the historic boundary between Bohemia and Moravia. The preserved boundary stone is clearly visible from the road; you can park at a turn-off onto a dirt track and walk along the edge of the adjacent field to the stone boundary marker.

The history of the mills is also associated with specific records of years and trades: Kočvarův Mlýn has been documented in church registers since 1671. Kočvarův Mlýn also formerly housed a shingle-making workshop and a button factory. Kotrčův Mlýn lies west of Horní Meziříčko.
