Deštná U Jindřichova Hradce: Holiday apartments and holiday homes
The main nave of the Church of Saint Otton is predominantly Baroque and was built around 1733. At the same time, the Church of Saint Otton is mentioned as early as 1250 in a stone Romanesque structure. The church also contains a stone baptismal font from the 17th century.
Culture and history
The Deštná Aviation Museum is housed in a former cinema. The exhibition is divided into a wartime and a post-war section. The museum hall also hosts lectures and meetings about aviation and flying.
The Chapel of Saint John the Baptist in Deštná is located next to the former St. John’s Spa. This former spa was probably founded around 1600 after the discovery of a healing spring.

The Deštenský stream forms the axis of the local landscape and drains into the Lužnice. Podstupský vrch and Cihadlo are mountains in the vicinity of Deštná. Hůrka and Tlučin are mountains in the surrounding area of Deštná. Svatý Ondřej, a church, is also located in the wider regional surroundings of Deštná.
